Lower in Lactose
Sensitive to dairy products?
Goats milk & ice cream is a great option as it naturally contains about 1% less lactose than cow’s milk. -
Easier to digest
The fat globules in goats’ milk are 20% smaller than in cow’s milk, making it much simpler for us to digest, and much kinder on our tummies!

Essential fatty acids
Goats milk also contains higher concentrations of essential fatty acids, these fatty acids are easily converted into energy and are less prone to fat storage than other types of fat.

A2 Casein Proteins
Some of us don’t process A1 milk proteins very easily. Many people have discovered that although they have problems with A1 casein, they can enjoy products from animals with A2 casein.
